On 2 August, as part of the Felgueira Aldeia Viva Festival, a talk about wolves and livestock guardian dogs took place on top of Serra da Freita, which helped to clarify some aspects of wolf bioecology and the use of these dogs, which has been promoted in the region by the Livestock Guardian Dog Programme, with the support of ACHLI. This Festival, organised by the Associação Desportiva e Cultural de Felgueira, includes a series of activities aimed at the local community and visitors.
