The Livestock Guardian Dog Programme, which aims to implement livestock protection measures that facilitate coexistence with and conservation of the wolf, was presented in Idanha‑a‑Nova during the 10th Edition of the Lamb Festival, in Rosmaninhal (Idanha‑a‑Nova), from 26 to 27 May. It was a good opportunity to publicise the work carried out in the region by the LIFE MedWolf Project and to highlight the importance of acting proactively ahead of the wolf's arrival.
