The results of the Livestock Guardian Dog Programme, developed in the Baixo Sabor region under measure MC8 of the Baixo‑Sabor hydroelectric project (EDP), were presented at the XVIII National Conference organised by FAPAS, held at the Casa da Cultura de Vimioso from 6 to 7 May. The poster introduced the implementation context of the Programme, its objectives and the methodology used to evaluate the effectiveness of livestock guardian dogs, as well as the first results obtained.
