At the tenth edition of the National Canine Show of Fundão, one of the specimens of the Serra da Estrela Dog breed, short‑haired variety, placed within the LIFE MedWolf project, was present. This male, who protects a flock of sheep in the Sabugal region, generated considerable interest among the public and dog breeders present, finishing in second place.
